Grow Golf Now is dedicated to protecting the safety and well being of all participants in all of our programs. The COVID-19 pandemic has changed some of the way we operate, but safety has always been a big part of our on and off course programs.

Social distancing will be encouraged at all of our events. We also all participants, including players and parents, to wearmasks if doing so makes them feel safer and more comfortable in public. All participants should check their temperature at home prior to arriving at the course or venue for each event or scheduled playing session. Any and all participants with COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms are advised to stay home.

Grow Golf Now Participant Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability

 

By agreeing to this assumption of risk and waiver of liability, I agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility of myself and all members of my family for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense of any kind (collectively the “Damages”), that I may experience or incur in connection with my attendance and or participation at any Grow Golf Now (GGN) event or activity. When the term GGN is stated in this document, it refers to Grow Golf Now. On my behalf, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless GGN, its assets, its employees, its volunteers, participants, spectators, insurance policies, or host clubs (including employees and members), of and from any claim (the “Claims”), including all liabilities, actions, Damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of any GGN event or activity.

 

Corona Virus: COVID-19

 

By signing this agreement, I also acknowledge the contagious nature of the CVOID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I and members of my family may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 or any related disease by attending or participating in any GGN activity. I understand and assume the risk that such exposure or infection may result in illness, personal injury, disability, and death. I understand the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at any GGN event or activity may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including but not limited to GGN employees, host facility employees, volunteers, general public, and participants.

 

GGN and host facilities have put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however, GGN and host facilities cannot guarantee prevention of exposure or infection of COVID-19.

 

By signing this agreement, I agree to the following in regards to the Corona Virus: COVID-19:

• I attest that I and members of my family are not experiencing any symptoms of illness including but not limited to fever, cough, or shortness of breath. If I and members of my family develop these symptoms, we agree to withdraw or leave the event or activity, as far in advance as possible.

• I am aware that I and members of my family must follow the safety and hygiene protocols that have been implemented by GGN, all government orders, and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines.

• I and members of my family who will attend/participate in any GGN event attest that:

  • We not have traveled internationally in the previous 14 days

  • We have not traveled to a highly impacted area of the United States in the previous 14 days

  • We have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 or have been cleared medically from COVID-19 symptoms (after unknown or known exposure)

  • We have no individuals in the same household with current COVID-19 symptoms or in a currently positive state

  • We will follow all event and host facility COVID-19 guidelines at GGN events 

  • We have the opportunity to ask GGN and its staff any questions regarding any event as it relates to COVID-19, the structure of the event and the precautions taken, and have received satisfactory answers to such questions.
