Golf Fitness Programs at Timberlake Country Club
There are multiple general exercise and golf fitness options offered at Timberlake Country Club. All fitness classes will be led by Angie Duckworth. All Impact Conditioning classes will be led by George Bryan III. Here is the list and schedule of your different fitness class options which begin on September 7th.
Low Intensity Training: focus on balance, mobility, flexibility, & agility
Wednesdays: 6:50 - 7:30 am
Sep 4th, 11th, 18th & 25th
or
Thursdays: 4:00 - 4:40 pm
Sep 5th, 12th, 19th, & 26th
Cost: $99
Saturday Impact Conditioning Class: focus on golf-specific movements & training
Dates: Sep 7th, 14th, 21st, & 29th
Men's Group: 7:00 - 7:30 AM on Saturday mornings
Women's Group: 7:45 - 8:15 AM on Saturday mornings
Cost: $50 per month or $15 per individual class
Boot Camp
Tuesdays: 8:00 - 9:00 am
Fridays: 7:50 - 8:50 am
Cost: $99 for 6 weeks
Stretching & Pilates
Tuesdays: 10:00 - 10:30 am
Thursdays: 5:00 - 5:30 pm
Cost: $50 per month or $15 per individual class
